An unusual BLUE ROSE on display in the Chelsea flower show begins to
multiply and ramble over the landscaped gardens. It is the military symbol of General Nitti
Gritti who is waging a war to capture Britain that gets mixed up with the historical war of
the red and white roses being filmed by the movie company.
Lyrics - Roses Roses Everywhere
'Roses, roses all the way,
Makes life sweet', they say.
Rambling over trees and lawn,
They're breeding like fishes' spawn.
Not red, nor white, but BLUE,
They glow with an exotic hue.
'Roses, roses all the way,
Makes life sweet', they say.
But roses, roses everywhere,
Are a lot to spare!
Ain't sweet as you suppose,
To offer under your gal's nose.
Any other rose would smell sweeter,
Than this eastern-counterfeiter.
If a bouquet is your hunch,
Don't dare to snip a bunch.
This rose although without a thorn,
Will make your love forlorn.
Roses, roses all the way,
Makes life sweet they say.
But roses, roses everywhere,
Are a lot to spare!
As a romantic posy,
Won't make your gal blush rosy.
And do nothing for your spell.
She'll yell THEY SMELL LIKE HELL!'
This rose ain't no thriller – it's a killer!
'Roses, roses all the way,
Makes life sweet', they say.
But roses, roses everywhere,
Are a lot to spare!
